Car delivery on time. Irfan is attentive and punctual. Picking up the vehicle and returning it was all quick, so great. For a first rental everything went well. Very practical 7-seater car. I recommend for your rentals.

I found IRF car rental ltd via comments on the Facebook group “we love Mauritis”. Fed up with dealing with the large chains always upselling you and scare mongering about insurance and excess cover I decided to give it a go - going privately so to speak. I looked IRF Fan up on Facebook and saw he was a policemen so surely trust worthy and he was 100% - the whole experience did not disappoint! I initially contacted via messenger and quickly swapped to WhatsApp (it seems a common way to do business in Mauritis). I sent my dates he confirmed availability and price. I sent my passport and driving license pictures flight arrival time and agreed to call when we knew our plane was leaving on time and then again on touchdown in Mauritis. He didn’t require a credit card or deposit just to bring Mauritian rupees to pay for the 2 weeks hire which was very competitive on arrival and collection of the car. Also worth noting his English is excellent - we met just outside the terminal on arrival in Mauritis we completed the paperwork handed over the cash payment we had agreed and used his car which was like new and very clean for 2 weeks. No hassle no hidden extras just an easy way to hire a car whilst staying in Mauritis I would have no hesitation to recommend or use again in the future - car hire as it should be. Don’t be nervous that he isn’t hertz or Avis or one of the big boys or that he doesn’t ask for a deposit or credit card to secure the car. He is a reputable business that communicates well and works on trust.

I was able to collect the vehicle as soon as I left the airport. Clean, recent, automatic vehicle, in very good condition. I rented the vehicle for 18 days. The return to the airport happened as quickly as the support, very good communication by whatsapp. Yes, I recommend this rental company.

Irfan is a very accommodating and sensible person. I rented the car for 4 days and he delivered perfectly on time to my resort. His prices are very reasonable too. On my last day, I was supposed to return the car at 2pm as per our agreement, but I was unexpectedly delayed and called Irfan to explain the situation. He was very understanding and did not charge for the extra time either. All in all, a VERY satisfying experience with IRF Car Rental. Irfan is a nice guy and very helpful. He has good cars at great prices. The one we have is only a few months old and is perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend using this company.
